The Great Commision calls for us to make disciples, and part of that includes mentoring (discipling others). Based on a person’s desire, this can be done in a number of ways. One of which is being available to be a mentor.
Presently, a number of more mature believers in the church use their time and energy to serve the emerging generation.
Mentoring relationships work best when they are organic and led by the Holy Spirit.
